Thank you for choosing our custom manufactured outdoor furniture. Please take a moment to review our Refund Policy:

Custom Orders

As each piece of furniture is custom manufactured to order, we do not offer refunds unless the items are damaged during shipment or delivery, or if they are not manufactured according to the specifications provided by the client.

Damage During Shipment

  • Insurance: Every shipment is insured to cover any damage incurred during transit.
  • Replacement or Refund: In the case of goods being damaged during shipment, they can be replaced or refunded. Clients must provide detailed pictures of the damage for our assessment and insurance claim process.  Any claims should be sent to Service@Factoryfurnishings.com .  Please include your order number and a description and pictures of any damage on your order and one of our customer service agents will contact you within 1 business day of receipt.

Pre-Shipment Approval

  • Client Approval: Detailed pictures of every piece of furniture manufactured for your order will be sent to you prior to shipment.
  • Sign-Off Requirement: You will have the opportunity to review and sign off on the order before it leaves our factory. This step ensures that the product meets your specifications and expectations.

Exceptions

  • Manufacturing Errors: If the furniture is not manufactured to the specifications ordered, you may request a replacement or refund. This is contingent upon providing evidence that the delivered product deviates from the agreed specifications. Any claims for refunds or replacements due to manufacturing errors should be sent to Service@Factoryfurnishings.com .  Please include your order number and a description and pictures of any errors on your order and one of our customer service agents will contact you within 1 business day of receipt.
Refunds Due To Damages During Shipment 

We will notify you once we have approved your refund due to damages during shipment or manufacturing errors , and let you know if the refund was approved or not. 
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
