SHIPPING & DELIVERY DETAILS
At Factory Furnishings, we understand that receiving your new outdoor furniture promptly and in perfect condition is essential. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:
Shipping Rates
We offer an unlimited shipping fee of $299 for any of our furniture. Whether you order a single piece of furniture, or you require an entire 20 foot or 40 foot container to furnish your entire home, you will only be charged $299 for the shipment and delivery of this furniture to your home.
Order Processing Time
- Standard Orders: Typically processed within 2-3 business days as long as there are no issues with furniture finish or fabric selection, your order may be processed with out the need for further communication from our logistics team
- Custom or Bulk Orders: May take 5-7 business days for processing as our logistics team will contact you to review every item, finish and fabric selection as well as shipping
Manufacturing & Delivery Time
At Factory Furnishings we custom manufacture every order we receive! Stock is not available.
- Manufacturing: Our manufacturing process typically takes 30-45 business days after order processing.
- International Shipping: International shipping takes anywhere between 15 - 40 business days after order processing based on the final destination of the buyer and based on the origin of the manufacturer used for the order received. For example - shipping from our manufacturers in SE Asia to the West Coast is typically 14 - 20 days , whereas shipping to the East coast could take anywhere between 30-40 days. Shipping from our manufacturers in Turkey to the East Coast is 14-20 days whereas shipping from these manufacturers to the West Coast of the US is typically 30-45 days. We will confirm estimated manufacturing and delivery timeframes to you once we process your order.
Shipping Partners
We partner with reliable International and domestic carriers to ensure your furniture arrives safely and on time. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress and delivery will be coordinated with our domestic delivery personnel.
Delivery Areas
We currently ship to the contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping or shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories at this time.
Furniture Assembly & Packaging
All of of our furniture arrives fully assembled to minimize shipping costs and ensure safe delivery
- If you ordered less then a full container, your furniture will be packed in custom packed wooden and cardboard crates to protect the furniture during shipping (there is an extra cost which wil be calculated for this customized wooden crate packing in your order)
- If you ordered a full container, the furniture will be packed in cardboard
- All cushions and pillows will be wrapped in plastic to protect against dust during shipment.
Scheduling Your Delivery
You will be contacted when your items are ready and prompted to schedule your delivery. At the time of scheduling, please notify us of any special delivery requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, the need for small trucks to navigate narrow roads and driveways, restricted delivery time frames due to local ordinances, gated entry access, proof of insurance for high rise and condominium buildings, multiple flights of stairs and service elevator reservations.
What to Expect on Delivery Day
Most furniture items include delivery inside your home, where our white glove delivery professionals will carefully unpack and inspect each item and assemble and place it in your room of choice. For your convenience, all packing materials will be removed. We ask that you inspect your item(s) before our delivery professionals leave your home.
Our white glove delivery professionals are not permitted to move furniture currently in your home, nor are they allowed to move or set up electrical wiring or equipment. Please clear the space where furniture or rugs will be placed prior to delivery.
An authorized adult, 18 years or older, must be present during your scheduled delivery window to accept and inspect your items and sign the delivery receipt.
Shipping Damage or Issues
All furniture will be shipped with insurance which protects both the buyer and the seller and the manufacturer for any damages incurred during the shipment process.
If your furniture arrives damaged or if there are any issues with your order, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We are committed to resolving any problems swiftly and to your satisfaction and we will replace the item or schedule a furniture repair technician to resolve the issue at no charge to you.
